Refund policy
We hope you love your akute pieces, but if something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help you find the right fit.
Returns
- You can request an exchange or store credit within 4 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- To start a return, email support@akute.in with your order number and reason for exchange for store credit.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted for the same product in a different size or another item of your choice (subject to availability).
- If the requested size or style is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit for the product value.
- Store credits can be used on any future purchase and have no expiry date.
Non-returnable Items
- Bodysuits and innerwear accessories for hygiene purpose and items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange or credit.
Important Notes
- We do not offer refunds for any orders.
- Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
- Reverse pickup is available in select pin codes; in other areas, customers may need to self-ship their return.
